- Position: PT, Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy
- Up to a $10k sign on bonus, depending if hired part or full-time
- Hours: PRN, Part and Full time

- Setting: Assisted and Independent living community
- Location: Minnehaha Senior Living, Minneapolis, MN
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from Physical Therapy program
- Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
- Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as needed.
- Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
